2. Conclusion of Contract

(1) The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.

(2) By clicking the “Buy” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The purchase contract is concluded once we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email.

(3) Orders may only be placed by persons who are at least 18 years old.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

(1) All prices shown are final prices and include statutory VAT where applicable.

(2) Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless free shipping applies according to the shipping conditions displayed during checkout.

(3) The exact shipping costs and available delivery countries are shown during the ordering process before the order is completed.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is processed manually. Customers receive the necessary payment details after placing their order.

5. Delivery

(1) Delivery is available to the countries shown during checkout.

(2) Deliveries are processed from Monday to Friday. The usual delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, unless stated otherwise during checkout or on the product page.

(3) In exceptional cases, such as force majeure, public holidays, high shipping volume or delays caused by the shipping provider, delivery times may be extended. In such cases, we will inform you where possible.

6. Right of Withdrawal

(1) Consumers within the European Union generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Details can be found in our Right of Withdrawal policy.

(2) Please note: Opened hygiene products are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.

(3) A return can only be accepted if the product is unopened, unused and in its original sealed condition.

7. Warranty

(1) Statutory warranty rights apply.

(2) If delivered goods are defective, we will handle the case in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions. Please report damage or defects without delay by email to: kontakt@randmsmoke.net

(3) To allow a proper review, we may request photos, videos or other reasonable proof of the defect.

8. Liability

(1) RandM Smoke is fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, as well as in cases of intent or gross negligence.

(2) In the event of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

(3) Liability for slightly negligent breaches of non-essential contractual obligations is excluded.

9. Age Restriction

(1) Our products may only be sold to persons aged 18 or older.

(2) Age verification may take place during the ordering process and upon delivery.

10. Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

11. Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Restrictions on Special Offers and Vouchers

(1) Special offers are valid only for a limited time and while stocks last.

(2) Vouchers cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.

(3) Vouchers apply only to the products, categories or conditions stated in the voucher terms.

(4) Discount promotions and vouchers cannot be applied to already reduced products unless expressly stated otherwise.

(5) Cash payment of voucher value is excluded.
