Shipping policy

1. Shipping methods and costs
(1) We currently deliver to Germany, Austria, Denmark, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic.
(2) Within Germany, shipping costs €4.90, and is free from an order value of €70.
(3) For Austria, Denmark, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic, shipping costs €14.99; from an order value of €160 we ship free of charge here too.
(4) Prices outside the eurozone (e.g. Denmark, Czech Republic) are converted to your local currency at checkout.
(5) Shipping to countries other than those listed above is currently not possible.

2. Delivery time
(1) Your order usually reaches you within 2–4 business days in Germany, and within 2–8 business days in Austria, Denmark, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic – starting from the moment you receive your shipping confirmation.
(2) Should unforeseen delays occur (e.g. due to force majeure), we will of course let you know.

3. Shipping carriers
We ship with DHL or other reliable partners so that your order arrives safely and quickly.

4. Shipping & payment
(1) Shipping only takes place after successful receipt of payment. With certain payment methods it may take a little longer.
(2) We ship your order in full – partial deliveries are only made on explicit request.

5. Order tracking
(1) As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive an email with the tracking information, so you always know exactly where your order is.

6. Delivery to parcel lockers
(1) Within Germany, you can also have your order sent to a DHL Packstation.
(2) Please make sure the Packstation is entered correctly and is fully supported.

7. Delivery address & returns
(1) Please enter your address carefully. If your parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, we will have to charge you for the renewed shipping costs.
(2) If the parcel is not accepted or is returned to us, we will get in touch with you.

8. Returns & return shipping costs
(1) If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you bear the cost of the return, provided the goods delivered match the goods ordered.

9. Shipping within the EU – note on customs & duties
You are ordering from within the EU, so no additional customs duties or import charges apply to you.

10. Transport damage
(1) Please check your parcel on receipt. If it is damaged, send us a message with a photo immediately at kontakt@randmsmoke.net.
(2) After our review, we will of course replace damaged products free of charge.

11. Age verification on delivery
(1) Our products may only be sold to persons aged 18 and over.
(2) Therefore, the courier carries out an age check on handover. Please have your ID ready.
(3) If no one of legal age is present at delivery or no ID is presented, the parcel will be returned. You must bear the costs for this.
