Shipment
1. How long does shipping take at RandM Smoke?
Our delivery time is 2-4 working days within Germany. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with shipment tracking.
2. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping rates, delivery times and free-shipping thresholds depend on your destination and are shown clearly during checkout. We ship in neutral and secure packaging.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package has been shipped. This allows you to check the current status of your delivery at any time.
4. Does RandM Smoke also deliver abroad?
We currently only deliver to the countries available at checkout.
Order
1. How can I place an order?
Simply visit our website, select the products you want and add them to your shopping cart. Then proceed to checkout and complete your order.
2. Can I change or cancel my order later?
Changes or cancellations are only possible as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@randmsmoke.de or via our contact form .
3. What happens if I have not received an order confirmation?
Please check your spam folder. If you cannot find an email there, contact us at kontakt@randmsmoke.de or via the contact form and we will resend you the confirmation.

1. Can I return my order?
For reasons of hygiene protection and due to the sealed freshness seal on our e-vapes, returns are generally not possible. We ask for your understanding as this serves the safety and quality of our products.
2. What do I do if my product is defective?
If your product is damaged or defective, please send us an email to kontakt@randmsmoke.de or in the contact form with your order number and photos of the damage. We will examine the case as quickly as possible and offer you a replacement if necessary.
3. Is there a guarantee?
We stand behind the quality of our products.
Defects discovered before opening the hygiene seal qualify for a return or exchange.
For defects that occur only after opening, we will assess the damage individually and decide on a possible replacement delivery or refund.
4. How does RandM Smoke ensure correct packaging?
To ensure the quality and security of our shipping process, we document the packaging process of individual orders by video without sound. This serves to clarify discrepancies in case of missing or incorrect contents. The recordings are only viewed in the event of an incident and are automatically deleted after 30 days.
